SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard shipping to all locations within the United States. Orders are processed within five business days and shipped via USPS. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. If your order is a custom, made to order or personalized item, we will reach out about shipping timeline.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays or losses once the package has left our facility. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. In the case of an item not fitting, we can arrange complimentary alterations or an exchange. Most of our items are either handcrafted or one of a kind, making returns costly, so we do not accept returns at this time. We appreciate your respect of our policy. Sale items are final.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a gift voucher or different item as your exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. Please be sure you have read our product disclaimer before initiating a return for a “damaged” item: Some of our second hand and upcycled or remade products have minor flaws due to wear or age (for example, fading, minor stains or fabric wear). We consider these flaws to be character and don’t expect them to affect function. We also try our best to avoid them; however, please know that these types of products will not be in brand new condition and also that they can require more careful care. Keep in mind that you are getting a one of kind piece just for you! In addition, we do our best to determine the age and origin of vintage pieces; however, occasionally we are unable to locate reliable information. We base our pricing on the condition and value we believe this piece can bring to to your style or space. Please inspect photos carefully (we try to point out flaws) and reach out if you have specific questions.
